Software licensing and legal use
For server, firewall, cloud, OS and application projects, installation/configuration is performed respecting applicable licensing.

| Commercial software | Installation and configuration are performed only when the client owns valid licenses/subscriptions or they are legally acquired through authorized channels. |
| Open-source | Open-source project licenses, terms of use and any trademark/distribution limitations are respected. |
| Oracle / Microsoft / VMware / Fortinet etc. | DeviceFix may provide installation, configuration, maintenance and technical documentation, but usage rights belong to the client or licensed supplier. |
| Client responsibility | The client must provide correct licensing, accounts, subscriptions, keys and usage rights information. |
